- Collaborate with the Chief Research Officer (CRO) and Head of Innovation to integrate research insights into educational and operational strategies.
- Monitor global trends, technological advancements, and best practices to inform strategic R&D priorities.
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry experts to strengthen research capacity.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of R&D initiatives through metrics and reporting.
- Ensure R&D activities comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
