The Head of Compliance at Neftaly School is responsible for ensuring that all institutional activities, policies, and practices align with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, both locally and internationally. The position is a cornerstone of Neftaly’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework and plays a vital role in maintaining transparency, ethics, and operational excellence.
⚖️ 1. Core Purpose
The Head of Compliance ensures that Neftaly operates in full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and global education standards.
This includes developing compliance programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring staff understand and implement Neftaly’s compliance obligations.
???? 2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee Neftaly’s compliance management system.
- Ensure adherence to educational regulations, governance frameworks, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits to assess policy effectiveness.
- Oversee anti-fraud, anti-corruption, and ethical conduct policies.
- Coordinate with the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operations Officer to mitigate risks.
- Train and guide employees on compliance expectations and ethical standards.
- Investigate and report any non-compliance incidents while recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain the Whistleblower and Ethics Hotline, ensuring anonymity, safety, and fair resolution.
- Regularly update the Board and Executive Leadership on compliance performance and risks.

- Collaborates with external regulators, auditors, and accreditation bodies when necessary.
