The position is a cornerstone of Neftaly\u2019s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)<\/strong> framework and plays a vital role in maintaining transparency, ethics, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Head of Compliance ensures that Neftaly operates in full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and global education standards<\/strong>.
This includes developing compliance programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring staff understand and implement Neftaly\u2019s compliance obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Neftaly\u2019s compliance management system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure adherence to educational regulations, governance frameworks, and accreditation standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits<\/strong> to assess policy effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee anti-fraud, anti-corruption, and ethical conduct policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with the Chief Legal Officer<\/strong> and Chief Operations Officer<\/strong> to mitigate risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
