Foundational DEI Awareness &amp; Bias\u2011Recognition<\/strong><br>We start from understanding.<br>Our workshops begin by exploring core DEI concepts \u2014 diversity, equity, inclusion, privilege, systemic bias \u2014 and helping participants recognize unconscious biases through interactive exercises and reflection. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diversityleadershipalliance.org\/how-diversity-equity-and-inclusion-workshops-shape-workplace-culture\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diversity Leadership Alliance+1<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 <strong>2.
