DEI Vision &amp; Guiding Principles<\/strong><br>We believe that a clear vision anchors meaningful change.<br>Neftaly School establishes a DEI vision aligned with our core values \u2014 diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging \u2014 that guides all DEI efforts. This includes publicly stated commitments to fairness, representation, and inclusive excellence in every aspect of our school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccb <strong>2. Assessment &amp; Gap Analysis<\/strong><br>Understanding where we are is the first step to planning where to go.<br>We conduct periodic assessments of our student body, staff demographics, institutional policies, learning environments, curricula, and support systems to identify gaps in representation, equity, accessibility, and inclusion. This diagnosis informs the priorities and focus areas of our DEI roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf <strong>3. Strategic Goals &amp; Objectives<\/strong><br>Clarity of purpose leads to measurable impact.<br>Based on our assessments, we set specific DEI goals \u2014 for example: increasing staff and student diversity, ensuring equitable access to resources, embedding inclusion in curricula, improving campus climate, and supporting underrepresented groups.
